Julie came from a professional dance background and transitioned into the fitness world where she fell in love with Pilates. She is a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor, and also teaches Barre, Zumba and the Roll Model Method. She has been a contributor to the health and fitness segment, ‘Today’s the Day’ on CTV Morning Live with Lianne Laing. Owner of Studio 1 Pilates, where she offers a more personal approach to your fitness and well being.
